Andrew Nair and Michael Chan started their real estate journey at around 2010. Together they have helped many families and friends achieve their property dreams and goals.
As of 2020, Andrew Nair has 10 years of experience. In the first 2 years, he began his career serving just Tenants and Buyers, both for their own stay and for investment. Those 2 critical years gave him an insight to what both tenants and buyers are looking for in a property.
Fast forward to the present, when he is given a new listing to sell or rent out, he is able to design a marketing plan and a presentation road map to entice any potential buyer or tenant looking for a property.
Before joining the exciting career as a property agent, he was a Trader for a good 10 years. Andrew was trading mainly Forex, some commodities and once in a while some distressed shares. With the ability to pick out investments in the financial markets, he was able to use the same skills to help his clients identify good buys in the property markets.
During this 20-year career he has also set up several business ranging from F&B, logistics, web design, events, among other things. He has a broad range of skills and experience; with this in hand, he is able to provide a full range of advice, freely sharing these with his clients on what are the advantages and pitfalls of the Singapore property market and building other Assets.
Working 18 hours per day, everyday, even on Chinese New Year, he understands the need to own property, prepare for retirement (or having an option to do so) and having a long-term plan/horizon for investment.

Michael Chan, also with 10 years of experience in property from 2010, has a vast range of experience. Building his property business organically (all from referrals), shows his integrity and dedication to his clients to bring them the best service possible.
Before venturing out on his own, he was a Government Servant in the SAF, working in a department that requires him to do a lot of forward thinking and planning. In this department, he was required to work with people (from all levels) and manage his own team.
After leaving the service, he joined ComfortDelGro, working with SBS. What is amazing is the department he was attached to, running a team, in the route-planning department. In this department, they had to plan the different routes in Singapore where the different Buses ply through Singapore.
This may seem like an easy task but there are a lot of things to consider; for example the different levels of ridership during the different times of the day, the number of residents in the area and other such data points. There is so much data and conditions to consider when planning such routes.
With all these experiences, Michael has the ability to pick out property buys. He also has the keen ability to use data points to convince potential buyers and share with them the reasons why they should buy a property he is marketing. He has a deep understanding of the Singapore property market and what an investment property looks like.
Just like Andrew, Michael has opened several businesses. With all these life experiences, Michael is able to share his expertise with his clients. Always going above and beyond, he provides a service level value which is more than he is paid for.
